WTS 2010 will focus on Global Wireless Communications – The Next Generation. Planned highlights of WTS 2010 include:
- An IEEE Communications Society Co-Sponsored Welcoming Dinner with Internet pioneer Dr. Robert E. Kahn, Chairman, CEO, and President of the Corporation for National Research Initiatives (CNRI), as guest speaker
- Addresses and presentations by some of the most respected executives and researchers in the wireless communications industry
- Panel discussions
- Tutorials and workshops
- Presentations of accepted academic and practitioner applied research papers; a poster paper session; a doctoral students session
- A visit to Busch Gardens
Peer-reviewed proceedings will be published by the IEEE and will be available on its Xplore online publication system. A CD containing the invited speakers' presentations and accepted applied research papers will be distributed to registrants at the conference. Awards will be given for the most outstanding paper presented and best graduate and undergraduate student papers presented.
