IASP 2010 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, researchers and engineers to present the state-of-the-art advancements in the studies of Image Analysis and Signal Processing. It will be held in Huaqiao University, Xiamen, Fujian, China on April 9-11, 2010.

Description

Huaqiao University (HQU) was founded in 1960 as an institution of higher learning designated for the educational needs of overseas Chinese and the children of returned overseas Chinese. The university is subordinate to the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China. It is one of the first batch of universities rated Excellent in the nation-wide quality evaluation of undergraduate education by the Ministry of Education (MOE). In addition, it is China’s major base for overseas Chinese language and culture education and a national Quality Education Base for College Students.
