The 2nd European Conference on Intellectual Capital will be hosted by the ISCTE Lisbon University Institute in Lisbonand the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Portugal. One aim of this conference is to contribute to the further advancement of IC theory and practice. The conference has it origins in the first Intellectual Capital Congress inHelsinki, Finland (2004) and the second which was held in Haarlem, The Netherlands (2007). You can see some of the pictures here. The first ECIC was also held in Haarlem in 2009 and consisted of more than 70 presentations with 3 knowledge cafés and 5 “right brain activities” sessions.
