Description
ACIIDS 2010 is an international scientific conference for research in the field of intelligent information and database systems, to be held on 24 - 26 March 2010 in Hue City, Vietnam. The aim of the conference is to provide an internationally respected forum for scientific research in the technologies and applications of intelligent information and database systems. This conference will provide an excellent opportunity for researchers to discuss modern approaches and techniques for agent and multi-agent systems and their applications. The proceedings of ACIIDS 2010 will be published by Springer in series Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence LNCS/LNAI (indexed by DBLP, EI, Thomson ISI)
ACIIDS 2010 is co-organized by Hue University and Wroclaw University of Technology (Faculty of Computer Science and Management), and will take place in Hue city, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Hue city is the capital city of Thua Thien Hue Province. Hue is a green, peacefull and beautiful city in the north central coast of Vietnam. It is located at around 660km south of Ha Noi capital, and 1,080 km north of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). It is on the National Road 1A, North-South Railway and Ho Chi Minh Highway, it is easily accessed by train and airplane from Phu Bai International airport. Huong River is a beautiful river that runs across the city. Hue city obseses many sightseeings, landscapes and acient architectures.
Hue University is located central Hue City. It was over the past 50 years of development, the University has now become a prestigious centre of training teachers, fostering the staff for many sectors and conducting scientific research projects in the northern central part of Vietnam.

Description
The Hue University Learning Resource Center (HueLRC) has been built to provide advanced education resources and access for students and academics at the Hue University and provide on-line teaching and training programs. It is a gateway for access and exchange of education and information programs with other Vietnamese and international universities. The LRC will also provide comfortable and modern workstations, study areas and conference and training facilities. 50 staff of LRC is always eager to support Hue University staff and students to approach its information repositories.
HueLRC is engaged with Hue University goals and strategies. The LRC’s mission is to contribute to the further development of Hue University.
