The 3rd Palestinian International Conference on Computer and Information Technology PICCIT 2010 -research, innovation and entrepreneurship- is a forum for scientists, engineers, experts, researchers, decision makers, managers, students, and other stakeholders from various sectors to present their latest research results, experiences and applications in all areas of computer science, computer engineering and information technology. The applications of advanced information technology to domains such as education, health care, industry, geosciences and Arabic language processing are among topics of relevance to PICCIT 2010. 

The conference features keynote speakers, oral presentations, posters, workshops, student projects and tutorials. To facilitate international and regional participation, some sessions will be conducted through video conference.
The conference will be held for three days in March 2010 at Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) campus in Hebron city/ Palestine. PPU has previously organized and run several initiatives tackling both computer and information technology issues. PPU has organized the 1st and 2nd Palestinian International Conferences on Computer and information technology.
